New oak sleeper planter to hide an old stump

Our customer didn’t want to have this stump ground out so the team suggested they help it to eventually rot away by making a green oak sleeper planter around it.  The plan is to plant an ornamental grass surrounded with small trailing ivy then some summmer bedding and spring bulbs for extra interest.
